Booking Policy
Booking Confirmation:
– To secure a booking with Touravel, a reservation request must be submitted via our website, email, or telephone.
– Upon receipt of your reservation request, Touravel will provide a confirmation via email or whatsapp with the details of your booking, including the itinerary, payment requirements, and terms.
Payment:
– A deposit of 40 % is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
– Full payment must be received at the start of the tour. Failure to make the final payment by the due time may result in the cancellation of your booking.
Changes to Booking:
– Any requests for changes to your booking must be made in writing and are subject to availability.
– Changes may incur additional charges depending on the nature of the change and the time of request.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by the Customer:
– More than 3 days before the tour start date: The total advance payment will be refunded.
– **Less than 3 days before the tour start date: No refund will be issued.
Cancellation by Touravel:
– Touravel reserves the right to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, political instability, or other factors beyond our control.
– In the event of a cancellation by Touravel, you will be offered an alternative tour or a full refund of the amount paid.
Refunds
Processing of Refunds:
– Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original booking.
– Refunds will be issued within 15 days from the date of cancellation or tour cancellation.
Non-Refundable Items:
– Certain items or services included in the tour may be non-refundable, including but not limited to accommodation deposits, third-party fees, and special event tickets.
